If you are a Retiree or former Retiree and believe you are entitled to a refund from SHBP, please complete the form below. All other requests for refunds unrelated to a Retiree or Former Retiree should be submitted to SHBP Member Services at SHBPservicecenter@adp.com or 800-610-1863.
After Submitting a Refund Request: You will receive an automated acknowledgement email.
Refund Processing Timeframe: After SHBP Member Services researches your account and confirms a refund is owed, we will submit a refund request to our Finance Department or ADP, as applicable, based on the type of payment and the entity the payment was submitted to. Refunds are then processed as follows:
- For amounts refunded due to an annuity overpayment, refunds are generally processed by our Finance Department within 6 to 8 weeks.
- For amounts refunded due to a Direct Pay Invoice overpayment, refunds are generally processed by ADP within Fourteen (14) business days.
