For medical claims administration inquiries, including the processing, payment, and appeals of medical claims, please contact your Medical Claims Administrator at the number listed on the back of your insurance card or SHBP Member Services and select the appropriate option.

Employers may contact their dedicated Employer Services Specialist via the SHBP Employer (X)change at or by phone at 800-610-1863 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.  When prompted, select the appropriate option to be transferred to SHBP Employer Services.
