Active Member: Plan Options
Active Members are eligible to enroll in the following Commercial (non-Medicare Advantage) Plan Options:

Active Members and/or their covered Dependents with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) may be eligible to enroll in SHBP Medicare Advantage plan options. However, the Coordination of Benefits period must be completed before enrollment in a Medicare Advantage plan option.
