In the SHBP State Health Repository Tool (SHRT), an Employer can view important messages, reports and files from SHBP. Employers can also transmit files to be loaded in the SHBP Enrollment Portal. Once logged into the SHBP Enrollment Portal, an Employer’s benefits staff may access SHRT by taking the
- Step 1: From the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen, select SHRT/Report Center.
- Step 2: Then click “+” next to the SHRT/Report Center icon to expand and select Connect to SHRT from the SHRT/Report Center sub-menu.
- Step 3: Select “Accept” located at the bottom of the State Health Benefit Plan Terms and Conditions page.
Employers will see their assigned SHBP Payroll Location(s). For example, Boards of Education may see up to 3 Payroll Locations: Certificated, Non-Certificated, and Board Members.
Employers will also see an “Additional SHRT Instructions" folder which includes instructions on how to review and understand the various files and reports in SHRT.
