Transfers

SHBP has two types of transfers: Regular Transfers and Summer Transfers.

Type of Transfers	Timeframe	Applicability
Regular Transfer	Hire dates year-round	All employing entities
Summer Transfer	Hire dates from May 1 - October 31	Boards of Education and similarly situated SHBP Employing Entities (e.g., charter schools, libraries, certain RESAs, etc.)
