The SHBP Employer Automated System Interface (EASI) provides manual employers the ability to submit employee data directly to the SHBP Enrollment Portal via an Automated Update File (AUF).
Requesting/Removing Access to EASI: EASI is a customized system available to a closed group of SHBP Employing Entities, primarily small libraries who transitioned in fall 2018; therefore, it's storage capacity and capabilities are limited and cannot accommodate the volume of additional entities without compromising the closed group of participating SHBP Employing Entities' abilities to administer benefits for their employees. If your organization is included in this closed group, you may request and/or remove access to EASI by clicking here to navigate to the SHBP EASI Access Agreement.
