** First of the month occurs on a holiday or weekend, first working day of the month is used for coverage effective date calculation

Please note, if an employee first workday is February 4th or February 5th, SHBP coverage will not begin until April 1, 2025. If an employee first workday is March 4th or March 5th, SHBP coverage will not begin until May 1, 2025. If an employee first workday is November 4th or November 5th, SHBP coverage will not begin until January 1, 2026.
