ROCP - Educational Sessions
Welcome to the State Health Benefit Plan’s (SHBP) 2026 Retiree Option Change Period (ROCP) for the 2027 Plan Year. ROCP gives our members the opportunity to review current Plan Options and make changes to coverage based on needs.
This year's ROCP will include in-person meetings in addition to virtual meetings (either online or by phone) to discuss Plan Options for the 2027 Plan Year.
See below for information, including schedules for each type of ROCP meeting and instructions on how to join by phone or online. RSVP to reserve your space for an in-person ROCP meeting. Call the reservation agents at 1-855-477-4455 to discuss your meeting preference. RSVP hours are 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday, and the lines will be available during the ROCP period. Your reservation is not a guarantee of availability. Meeting capacity is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
*During the ROCP, enrolled Retirees shall be given an opportunity to change their Plan Option to any Plan Option for which the Retiree is
eligible. Retirees cannot change their Tier (i.e., add dependents) during the ROCP.
