  • When will the 2024 Mental Health Summit be held?

    The 1st  annual Mental Health Summit will be held on May 2 & 3, 2024.

  • Is there a cost for parking?

    Parking is $10 per day.

  • Who should attend Mental Health Summit?

    Counselors, Benefit/Payroll Managers, HR Directors, Nurses, Superintendents and Wellness Ambassadors .

  • What is the cost to attend the 2024 Mental Health Summit?

    There is no cost for participants.

  • What is included in the registration fees for attendees?

    All educational sessions will raise awareness, provide resources and promote open dialogue around mental health issues.

    • Complimentary breakfast, coffee, snacks and lunch.
    • The popular Summit Swag bag packed with tools and gifts for use during the Summit and after.
  • Can I earn professional credits at the Mental Health Summit?

    No credits can be earned at the Summit.

  • How do I register for the 2024 Mental Health Summit?

    Registration for the 2024 Mental Health Summit is available by clicking here.

  • When is the registration deadline?

    The registration deadline is scheduled to close at 4:00 pm EST, Monday, April 29, 2024. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis, so please register as soon as possible.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You may substitute another individual for the same event date and location by contacting the SHBP Mental Health Summit Team at [email protected] for assistance, if needed. All substitution requests must be received no later than 11:59pm EST, Sunday, April 21, 2024.

  • Are hotel accommodations available for the Summit?

    For your convenience, we have made the following hotel arrangements. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for this Summit.     Yes, there will be a photographer on both days.

    Session materials will be provided to participants throughout the Summit.

  • How do I know what topics each session will discuss and how do I register for sessions that I want to attend at the Summit?

    Session descriptions will be provided to all members at the Summit. Sessions and workshops presented at the Summit will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
