A biometric screening event will be held at the Georgia State Capitol on February 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event is for Kaiser Permanente members only.

To prepare for your screening, follow these steps:

  • Schedule an appointment online. For new users, enter the code KPSHBP.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Screening results are strictly confidential and are available within 24-48 hours.
  • Remember to bring your Kaiser Permanente ID card or digital membership card. 

Completing your biometric screening is one of the five wellness activities required to receive your $500 reward card — up to $1,000 per household (you and your covered spouse).
