Open Enrollment gives Active Members, Former Employees enrolled in State Extended Coverage, and COBRA Participants the opportunity to review and make changes to their SHBP coverage based on their needs. Open Enrollment begins no earlier than October 1st and ends no later than November 15th each year, and it last a minimum of 15 days.
