dimensions of self-care, identify personal
barriers, and develop practical strategies to
prioritize their well-being. Through reflective
exercises, mindfulness practices, and the
creation of a personalized self-care plan,
participants will gain actionable tools to take
charge of their well-being and create sustainable
routines that support their resilience in
high-stress caregiving roles.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be
able to create a personalized self-care plan that
incorporates actionable strategies across the
four dimensions of self-care (physical,
psychological, emotional, and spiritual) to
promote holistic well-being.
