What is needed to participate in the Webex Event meetings?
- You will need a computer, smartphone or tablet to participate in the Webex option.

Joining the meeting:
- On the day of the event, to join the meeting, select the link to the meeting.
- Meeting link is available in the RSVP confirmation email you received or you can find it on the ROCP Educational Sessions page
- On the day of the event, to join the meeting, select the link to the meeting.

On the Event Information page:
Enter the required details.
- Enter the Webinar number into the Meeting Information field.
- Enter your name, email address.
- You may be asked to enter an event password, which is Welcome2027!

To join the meeting:
Select the “Join” button.
