Fitness Tips for Women After Summer Break

As summer comes to an end, it's a great time to reestablish healthy routines. Returning to a consistent exercise schedule can improve energy, reduce stress, strengthen muscles, and support heart health. Whether it's walking during lunch, attending a fitness class, or exercising at home, small, consistent steps can make a lasting difference.

Remember that physical activity doesn't have to be intense to be effective. Finding activities you enjoy makes it easier to stay motivated and build healthy habits that last throughout the year. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week, along with strength-building activities twice a week.
