Module One of SHBP Employer Refresher Training is ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ and has been designed to be delivered as Instructor Led Regional Training throughout the State of Georgia.

Below are a few Frequently Asked Questions and Answers:

  • Where can the Regional Training Schedule for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ be accessed?

  • Is there a Registration Process to attend one of the Regional Trainings for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’?

    Yes. Registration to attend one of the Regional Trainings for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ may be accessed on the SHBP Website by clicking here.

  • May I attend Regional Training for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ without Registration?

    No. Registration completion is a requirement for attendance.  Upon completion of Registration on the SHBP Website here, you will be provided a Registration Confirmation.

    The Registration Confirmation must be printed and presented upon check-in at the training location for which Registration has been completed.

  • May I bring another attendee to Regional Training for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ the that has not completed Registration?

    No. Due to limited space and other safety guidelines only the attendee who has completed Registration and received a Registration Confirmation may attend the training session. 

    The Registration Confirmation must be printed and presented upon check-in at the training location.

  • May I Register to attend more than one Regional Training Session for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’?

    We are encouraging our attendees to only completed Registration for one of the Regional Training Sessions on the SHBP Website by clicking here. This process will allow others to attend one of the Regional Training Sessions taking attendance capacity into consideration.

  • How do I cancel my Registration?

    Registration Cancelation may be completed by providing the items listed below to the Regional Training Registration Cancelation e-mail address:

    1. Full Name
    2. Registration E-mail Address
    3. Payroll Location #
    4. Training Location
    5. Training Date
    6. Training Session #

     

    Please include the listed details in your e-mail request to Regional Training Registration Cancelation to ensure cancelation of your registration can be completed.

  • May another attendee use my Registration Confirmation if I am unable to attend?

    No. Registration Confirmation may not be used for another attendee. Registration may be completed on the SHBP Website for Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’.

  • Will the Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ presentation be posted to the SHBP Website?

    Yes. The Module One: ‘Let’s Talk Retirement’ presentation will be posted to the SHBP Website.
