2018 Wellness Appeals (BCBSGa and UnitedHealthcare)

Between January 15, 2016 and February 1, 2016 you and your spouse (if covered) may appeal the total well-being incentive credits applied if the rewards are less than you believe should have been awarded to you or your spouse. Click here for the process for submitting these appeals.  For more information, visit BeWellSHBP.com.
