Instructions on how to attend an Open Enrollment session ONLINE.

  • What is needed to participate in the Webex Event meetings?

    • You will need a computer, or a smart phone, or tablet to participate in the Webex option.
  • Joining the Meeting:

    • On the day of the event, to join the meeting, select the link to the meeting.
      • Meeting link is available in the RSVP confirmation email you received or you can find it at this link.
  • On the Event Information page:

    Enter the required details.

    • Enter the Event number into the Meeting Information field. 
      • The event number is 2664 139 2517
    • Enter your name, email address.
    • You may be asked to enter an event password, which is SHbp2023!
      • Note: If needed, the Access Code is 2664 139 2517
  • To join the meeting:

    Select the “Join” button.
