What is needed to participate in the Webex Event meetings?
- You will need a computer, or a smart phone, or tablet to participate in the Webex option.

Joining the Meeting:
- On the day of the event, to join the meeting, select the link to the meeting.
- Meeting link is available in the RSVP confirmation email you received or you can find it at this link.
- On the day of the event, to join the meeting, select the link to the meeting.

On the Event Information page:
Enter the required details.
- Enter the Event number into the Meeting Information field.
- The event number is 2664 139 2517
- Enter your name, email address.
- You may be asked to enter an event password, which is SHbp2023!
- Note: If needed, the Access Code is 2664 139 2517
- Enter the Event number into the Meeting Information field.

Select the “Join” button.
