 ual interactive workshop for educators\, administrators\, and school staff
 . It is designed to help school communities utilize a social-emotional\, a
 rts-based approach to examine mental health challenges in the school envir
 onment and create safe space to practice resilience. Research shows that e
 ducator well-being has been linked to stability in schools\, teaching effe
 ctiveness\, and student achievement. Supporting the mental health and resi
 lience of teachers and staff is critical for creating a positive school cl
 imate and retaining quality educators.Program Overview \n\nThrough this p
 rogram\, participants will learn how to: Create an open space for learnin
 g and a positive classroom culture. Gain arts-based skills to foster conn
 ectivity and empathy among students. Activate our learning brains to have
  a trauma-informed approach to education and to engage students in a colla
 borative classroom. Understand and practice self-regulation techniques to
